My Favourite author

'Rabindranath Tagore'(1861-1941) is my favourite author.He is an all-round genius.He is a poet,prose-writer,short story writer,novelist and dramatist.Besides all this,he is an artist,educationist and patriot.

Tagore has written a good number of poetical works like Githanjali,The Gardener,The Lover's Gift and so on.He also written various dramas like Natir-puja,Mukta Dhara and Post Office.Above all he is a humanist.

And you know he is India's first Nobel Laureate.And he also written our National anthem 'JANAGANA MANA'.
